What do you dislike most about this product?

The org charts and lead search are not as good unless you buy the full version in which I'm assuming there is more functionality than the lower tier version that is good for contact enrichment

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

consider price & payoff - i.e. how many tools do you already have in place, which tool is the best at which thing

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

I feel ZI has pool of quality data, prospects email address are found to be very accurate as compared with other tools in market

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reachout is the best feature as it can extract the data from LinkedIn profile so I do not have to visit the homepage and hence saves my time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the account names are so mixed on ZI database

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone is looking for a good quality data then I highly recommend considering ZI
