It's integration with all the platforms I use including LinkedIn was very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I loved the integration with LinkedIn and being able to see people's contact information right from their profiles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were a fair amount of contacts that weren't on there or had bad information on them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get it. It is a monster of a tool and extremely helpful.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
After looking through the alternatives, it was clear that ZoomInfo was the best of the best. Their B2B database is regularly updated, and the professional contact information is the most complete and accurate I've ever seen. Because of this, I can prospect more efficiently and add contacts to sales sequences more quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Although the data is valuable, integration is the most beneficial aspect. ZoomInfo has helped me interact with clients more quickly, learn about the dynamics of their businesses and their rivals, and get insight into the structure of their decision-making bodies by providing me with information on organizational hierarchies. The impact this has had on our team, and my life has been nothing short of mind-boggling.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing I don't like is that I can't bulk 'Complete' or skip late contacts at the moment, which is a glitch. The auto-dial function frustrates me since it often malfunctions. Sometimes the call doesn't go through because the dialing and the bridge to your phone aren't exactly correct. Apparent inaccuracies or omissions, such as incorrect or missing titles and contact information, are anticipated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ZoomInfo enables limitless, high-quality sales prospecting. It's regularly updated, always up-to-date, and very user-friendly. This product has revolutionized our company's "attacking" method of sales. Zoominfo facilitates in many ways, including the ease with which I can now discover any scoops or intent signals about any given corporation. ZoomInfo's business email has been invaluable in facilitating our marketing email campaign.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
By far they have the best company and person data, and the best integration with salesforce. On top of that, they are constantly acquiring other tools, such as Chorus or Ringlead, and integrating their solutions together so that you can just manage one tool for all your sales needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their platform is intuitive and easy to use. Constantly improving their product and integrating into other solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They lack GDPR compliant people data at this time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask for a trial before you by to confirm they have the data to fit your selling motion.
