Furthermore, it allows us to create targeted B2B contact lists, facilitating sales and marketing campaigns and promotions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They lack GDPR compliant people data at this time.

Throughout my extensive sales experience, I have found ZoomInfo to be the most comprehensive solution I have utilized. It offers me in-depth insights into my customers' companies, allowing me to quickly familiarize myself and provide effective account assistance. From enhancing productivity and efficiency to streamlining monitoring processes, ZoomInfo has significantly improved various aspects of my work. Furthermore, the seamless connection to Salesforce ensures smooth integration and uninterrupted workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I find most valuable about the platform are its numerous automatic capabilities, such as auto-dialing and synchronization. The seamless integration between HubSpot's customer relationship management system and ZoomInfo enhances efficiency. Moreover, the inclusion of organizational charts allows me to efficiently filter out irrelevant entries from our existing database, greatly assisting our prospecting endeavors. Additionally, I can easily investigate the interest levels of specific accounts in particular solutions and even identify their physical locations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One aspect of ZoomInfo that I find inconvenient is the inability to easily return to my original search criteria after clicking on a contact, requiring the use of my browser's "back" button. Additionally, while it is undoubtedly a top-tier solution, ZoomInfo can be costly and lacks certain features, such as a simple method for recording LinkedIn messages. Moreover, I encountered challenges when trying to reach their customer service, and there was an instance where they offered me an outdated version of a service that I had already paid for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The moment you sign up, ZoomInfo is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. The training provided is excellent, ensuring that users fully understand and make the most of all the features and capabilities offered. While the pricing may accumulate, ZoomInfo still provides options that cater to those on a tighter budget. I particularly value the real-time add-on that scans the current webpage for relevant contacts, making lead generation even more efficient. Without hesitation, I highly recommend ZoomInfo to anyone in need of lead-generating services.
