What is ZoomInfo Sales?
ZoomInfo Sales is the modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. We have the biggest, most accurate, and most frequently refreshed database of insights, intelligence, and purchasing intent data about companies and contacts. ZoomInfo Sales layer additional tools on top of that intelligence—such as conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and data orchestration—to help you engage with prospects and customers. By integrating all of these tools with the other key systems you use, your go-to-market teams will be more prepared and well equipped to close more deals and hit their number.

Falling behind market new comers

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Zoominfo is a 1st gen sales tool that didn't evolve as quickly as they needed to. The breadth of offerings is substantial, but almost none of it appeals to our business other than the need to enrich our CRM data, which they charge a hefty price for. Other market entrants have better data and charge far less. We will be switching this year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The original data enrichment tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've had 3 account managers in the past 8 months.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Find an alternative that is cheaper. There's lots of "up and comers" that have larger data base access and are less expensive.

- Generous Negotitation
- Client's Interest First

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If I had to pick a favorite aspect of ZoomInfo Sales, it would be its data accuracy and depth. The platform’s focus on providing comprehensive and up-to-date information about companies and contacts is crucial for effective sales and marketing strategies. High-quality data not only helps in identifying the right prospects but also in crafting targeted and personalized outreach, which can significantly boost engagement and conversion rates. The ability to access accurate contact details and detailed company insights can make a substantial difference in how well sales teams perform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One common critique of ZoomInfo Sales is its cost. The platform can be quite expensive, especially for small to mid-sized businesses or startups with limited budgets. This higher price point might be a barrier for some companies looking to access high-quality data and advanced features. Additionally, while the depth of data is a strength, it can also mean that there’s a steep learning curve to fully leverage all of the platform’s capabilities, which might require a significant investment in time and training.
