Zscaler Secure Web Security is its cloud-native scalability and inline SSL inspection at scale without impacting user experience.This allows organizations to enforce strong security policies globally, with full visibility into encrypted traffic, all while keeping performance fast and consistent—no matter where users are working from.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complexity in Policy Configuration and Troubleshooting While powerful, Zscaler's policy engine and traffic flow can be complex—especially for new admins. Tracing an issue through multiple policy layers (access, SSL, DLP, CASB, firewall) often requires deep understanding and reliance on support or logs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Enable secure service eadge security enforcement with off-fabric users and allow private application access with securely with and without agent. also visiblity is also very deep and intergration of ticket management tool is avilable.
