What differentiates Zscaler Secure Web Security from other similar products?

It's the first of its kind we have used so far and I think it works smoothly in the background and only pops up when there is a potential breach

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zero interruptions as long as you are operating within the standard parameters. It's a set up and go solution and I like that about Zscaler

What do you dislike most about this product?

I get annoyed sometimes when it blocks sites that I feel are important for me to complete my job roles. Especially where the concerned sites are perceived to be malicious because of their naming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zscaler is lightweight and doesn't weigh heavily on hardware resources. I would recommend it for any company serious about web security
