Excellent Cloud Protection - though expensive

What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
Ease of use, and single pane of glass management for all the Acronis suite of products makes any issues with their products more manageable, as it has enabled a much faster remediation and management timescale.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Again, the single pane of glass management aspect of their product suite means administration is a lot faster, and easier to maintain throughout the business as a whole.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price! We've had to move around clients due to excessive charges in the past, onto less expensive solutions, which often do not provide the same level of protection, are harder to administer, or simply do not feel like premium products sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure a trial period, and that any initial issues are addressed during this period, as support afterwards can be a longer process, simply due to the levels of contact provided through Acronis' MSP Support channel.

What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
Acronis combines traditional email security with broader endpoint protection and backup capabilities in a single platform. that simplifies for MPSs and IT Team
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The anti-phishing engine and malware blocking are highly effective with minimal false positives and good visibility for administrator
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI could have been more intuitive and some report requires customization to be truly useful out of the box
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure the team understand how to configure the filter and review quarantine initially-after tuning the platform runs reliably with low maintenance
