From my experience using this tool, I feel like it provides benefits that are unique to this solution, and benefits that you see long-term. It has helped us avoid losing deals thanks to corrupted files or devices, since all the backups are done automatically we have been able to recover important information, and it has heavily minimized security issues.

Specifically, I think that the feature I enjoy the most is the cloud backup tool, since it's something that needs to be completed frequently in our devices and shared drives, and it has helped us multiple times in recovering critical files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With this tool, it is imperative that you implement it with a team that has a technical background in cybersecurity. In this case it has to be automated backups that combined with real-time protection are a game-changer. It gives us a level of confidence that, no matter what happens ransomware, accidental deletion, corrupted files — we’ve got a safety net.

The setup process can be a bit challenging, especially when customizing policies. Support can be slow at times, and clearer documentation would be helpful for new users.
