A great aspect of Acronis Cyber Protect is that it offers an integrated console for management which allows system and security admins to centrally manage and monitor all of the aspect of this product including backups, security, and compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is on the costlier side compared to the other products on the market.

Overall Acronis Cyber Protect is a great security tool to secure business and enterprises from online threats, ransomwares, malwares and many other security breaches which can compromise sensitive information.

What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?

While I only lost one file, restoring a backup was super helpful recently, even though I had only lost a single file. Many features are available, from active ransomware protection to cloud disaster recovery and a notary service that uses block chain technology. In addition, a lot of new features are being added constantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For an offsite solution, Acronis has proven dependable and straightforward to configure. Our business and the businesses we help have benefited immensely from being able to interface with IT management solutions. This product is among the best on our list because of the regularity of backups, ease of restoration, and dependability of offshore backups. I never had it identify a problem, but it could be because it functions properly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Never had complete faith that it was carrying out its duties. The web portal's user interface requires some minor adjustments. For instance, changing the amount of storage space a user has access to requires changing it twice, not just once. Therefore, the size will stay the same if you don't do it in both. Additionally, the interface occasionally freezes and stops responding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is incredible to search through a backup and retrieve a file without downloading the complete backup. This feature is fantastic, and I've used it several times. The ability to save backups virtually anywhere is what I like most. To create the first job, I might ship the data physically if I have a large dataset.

Over the years, prices have changed, and the Acronis Cloud offering initially offered limited storage. I understand the need for storage, but I also find it annoying to keep up with the software, storage, and file capabilities I had grown accustomed to. Reaching assistance can be difficult if you use it through distribution rather than directly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Acronis, I don't need to take any action unless I receive an email informing me that there is an issue. Acronis manage my onsite and remote backups, and I love knowing that my necessary data is secure. The software is straightforward to use and performs just as intended. Recovery is seamless and rapid.
