What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
We wanted to solve in the IT department, which is where Acronis Backup is used, looking to create a backup copy of the virtual machines, in order to see the image reproduced off-site, so if something happens we can restore the hard drive in minutes and don't waste time charging it for a long time starting from scratch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Be it a local agent, a host, or even an Apple device, Acronis can manage from a single GUI; On the other hand, restorations can be performed in different ways: physical machines can be turned into virtual machines, a very complete VM is repaired on the same host, and individual files are also restored very quickly and safely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be configured eliminating the need for tape solutions, which was a necessary requirement to replicate backup files externally. In short, I can only mention its positive characteristics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent for making backup copies of computers or servers with multiple hard drives, so we do not want to lose information and we want to keep it well protected, we use and recommend this program.

It has complete solutions with many features that caracterize contemporary backups.

It can backup many xypervisor platforms and most Operating Systems.

Initial implementation.

Often change in licesning terms is a dislike, however, product is so fast evolving it is understandable that changes or adaptaions has to be made.
