What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
Ada is different because it’s super easy to build chatbots without any coding, and it connects well with other platforms to offer personalized support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part of Ada is how easy it is to create and manage chatbots without needing any technical skills, making it accessible to everyone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ada is that while it’s easy to use, some advanced features and customizations may be limited unless you upgrade to a higher plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering Ada, I’d recommend it for businesses looking for an easy-to-use chatbot solution without needing coding skills. Just keep in mind that advanced features may come with a higher cost, so check if the pricing fits your needs.

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
What sets ADA apart is their agility and adaptability. They are relentlessly solution oriented and hands-on. They will return to the drawing board as many times as needed in order to meet the goal. Thier out f the box solution sets you up for success as its relatively intuitive to set up and are well integrated with very popular crm e.g. Zendesk.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect would be the integration of generative ai within the platform configuration itself. Whiles typically the bot's manager may have had to curate content off on their own, theyve strategically integration gen ai to help with content creation and variation within the platform itself.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of ability to export content only from the platform. If you're trying to get a birds eye view of your content, its set up and mapping - it will be challenging unless you are pretty intimate with the setup and the platform itself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product scores pretty high as a SaaS. The one thing i would recommend is to have a cache of all documents and topics and an operation of how they will be updated regularly in order to really win. Solidify your strategy, spell out to the T what you want your BOT to target ie: sales, generate leads, answer these 20 questions about these 10 topics very very efficiently, escalate xyz queries directly to technician, don't pass to agent - really map this out --> mapped to your company's goals in order to have it executed in the bot and truly reap value for the buck and real RIO. From there, continue to make incremental small improvements.
