What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
The Ada team is without a doubt the most supportive and engaged vendor I've ever worked with. We launched our chatbot on an incredibly expedited timeline (34 days including the Christmas break) and they not only worked closely with us to hit our launch date, but have been there to support us and share best practices every step of the way since.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ada's back end is intuitive and easy to learn and use. We're also able to feed customer data into Ada so that we can surface different versions of an answer to different customers, as well as route them to different support channels based on eligibility and hours of operation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We've experienced various issues with Ada's Zendesk integration, but the Ada team has bent over backwards to help us investigate and resolve issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You won't regret saying yes to Ada!

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
Ada makes self-service a reality. Our clients can easily managee their account, access the knowledge base center and when they need direct assistance, shooting a direct message is easy as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Ada personalizes conversations and makes it easy for clients to manage and customise their accounts. Getting a human to handle issue is also easy as they can shoot a message anytime. Using Ada is easy on both sides
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ada has been amazing and I have zero hates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ada is a great virtual assistant and can as well be used as a chatbot. It's affordable and works amazingly well. i recommend it.
