What differentiates Adobe Analytics from other similar products?

Extremely powerful tool with easy integration for various digital platforms. The targeting and segmentation feature is very powerful to make data driven decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexible reports to capture data, Easy automation and customization of dashboards and brilliant Target feature to test new features ( AB Testing )

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few capabilities need technical knowledge for implementation which is more specialized. Regular users can understand the various capabilities that Adobe analytics provides but needs practice and bit of training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Enable data driven decisions to make great digital products rather than hunch or guesswork's.

What differentiates Adobe Analytics from other similar products?

From Analysts through product owners, colleagues from advertising team and marketing can easily create their own dashboards to get the insights that they need. People is autonomous on the analysis thanks to this tool. I think one of the strength of this tool is that can be easily used together with the rest of Adobe's suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When creating a project in a Workspace to analyze user behaviour, you can just drag and drop all the dimensions, segments, metrics and predefined date ranges. It's very quick to create a project but you can also use the predefined templates. There are several visualizations. The ones that we use the most are "freeform tables" - to combine several metrics and dimensions together- and "fallout" - to explore how users fall from the funnel. You can have the raw data in the report suite and then create a virtual report suite, applying some segmentations, for instance, to divide the info by device (web and apps).

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many metrics, segments and dimensions that it is easy to get confused and use one metric instead of the correct one. You need to be very organized tagging everything as "approved" metrics or segments, so all your colleagues use the same to analyze same data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adobe Analytics is only a piece of a very complete Suite of products from Adobe. Once you use adobe it's easy to start using other services that might be of your interest.

What differentiates Adobe Analytics from other similar products?

Adobe Analytics is best in class when it comes to measuring web performance and attribution. It's not a hard product to learn to build workspaces/visualizations but it can be complex to implement depending on the nature of your web properties.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use for attribution modelling

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be complex to implement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adobe is the leader in experience analytics. It's not the cheapest analytics tool, but it is the best. It requires a commitment from a DEV perspective as well as budgeting.
