What differentiates Adobe Analytics from other similar products?

This analytics tool can be integrated with the organization's CRM which make the task much easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features in this tool are well designed where every data can be drilled for more insights. Large variations in metrics and dimensions is an added advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The setup in this tool has to be updated. It involves continuous learning to excel in this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be used in all mediums of organization, especially in a large organization where large data sets and complex function are involved. It really helps in understanding the customer journey which adds value to the organization.

Adobe Analytics has been our main platform that has helped us in managing our website and our clients who visits it frequently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like its capability to ensure that we get real time analytics on how our customers are using our websites. Clients have the opportunity to leave their views on our websites that boosts our service delivery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any great challenge from the performance of this great tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Adobe Analytics to any organization for effective and real time insights.
