What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

Marketo is, in general, extremely simple to use, although you must become acquainted with it (as with any feature-rich system). Before you can use all of the features, you must first learn a few skills, which vary from sending an email to creating thorough reports. My favorite feature is the integration with Salesforce. This gives you various options for detailed reporting and is very helpful in closing the gap between marketing and sales. In addition, the connectivity with Salesforce campaigns is amazing. Marketo's solution is, in my opinion, the best of all marketing automation tools I've investigated.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Marketo persuades with an easy operation that speaks for itself. All of the necessary functions are represented, and the system may be combined with other systems. Because email marketing is a strength, many activities can be swiftly and readily automated. It's also fun to be part of a vast community that offers plenty of options for connection and assistance. I've worked extensively with Marketo and have used it to handle issues for customers. Above all, I was successful in bridging the marketing-sales barrier by reducing the sales cycle, considerably enhancing team productivity, and optimizing all marketing efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The out-of-date user interface appeared awkward, with basically no options for data analysis, and the landing page and email editor were completely out-of-date. Overall, you must take into account the fact that one person is completely focused on marketing while also requiring site development and IT resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Lead generation encompasses the following processes: lead generation, progressive profiling, lead management, lead development, lead nurturing, email marketing, and lead scoring. Marketo illustrates the whole life cycle of a consumer. Other marketing strategies (such as print, roadshows, and retail) are being evaluated or simply blended. This also establishes and secures all GDPR framework criteria. On the other side, the ability to automate lead qualification is critical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloning of programs, tactics and campaigns helps our marketers to start new programs easily with customizing just details thus saving time. Easy to configure and to use without any training. Integrates well with many system services like SalesForce. Great features like Content AI and Web personalization keeps your personalization across digital platform on the top of the game. Smart list and Flow builders helps great during segmentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Greatly improved on loading times, nothing to dislike,

Highly recommend for those thinking of marketing automation, lead management and email marketing.
