What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

Marketo Engage also has an excellent AI solution, especially Adobe Sensei GenAI. This enhances chatbot use, provides conversation summaries for sales reps, and offers a library of live chat topics and responses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most interesting aspects of Marketo Engage is the sophisticated lead management and nurturing features. It provides advanced lead scoring, tracking, and lead conversion tools across the customer journey. Its Engagement Programs tool allows marketers to build adaptive nurture streams that dynamically update content as the leads engage and engage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tricky part about Marketo Engage is that it is not very easy to learn, especially for a beginner or those coming from other, more straightforward marketing tools. The system's robust feature set is at first intimidating. For some users, it is difficult to understand the relationship between modules or how features work in general at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is crucial to have proper onboarding and training as Marketo is highly feature-rich and complicated. Set power users up to internal help and leverage Adobe's extensive training suite to drive adoption.
