What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
Its strength, performance, and efficiency in e-marketing and sales campaign automation, compatibility and ease of integration with various CRM tools, dashboards and reporting features are exceptional, and it offers a wide variety of templates to create an attractive landing page.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The marketing platform is fantastic; it is effective for creating e-marketing campaigns; it allows our sales staff to strengthen customer relationships and generate interactive content that can target any audience and help acquire additional sales. It integrates very well with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, one of the tools of daily use of the sales department, and also includes other equally excellent functions for establishing sales strategies, managing budgets and marketing on social networks. Marketo fosters innovation and helps our company create internal and operational efficiencies, and provides quality technical support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The system must be configured through an API connection, which adds a degree of complexity to the process and can be exhausting and painful. Its interface is highly customizable, but can be confusing to use at first due to its approach, but once understood, it is a sure path to success.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Marketo is a wholly functional and practical platform that includes numerous tools that enable sales representatives and marketing specialists to increase their expertise and productivity. It integrates with a variety of systems and provides a variety of training alternatives to aid in learning. It also enables you to manage your growth and get the most out of its utilisation while also guiding your operations to the next level.

What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?
I've been working as Campaigns Associate for more that 3 years now, and this is the only platform I've used so far.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All in one platform. From Email Marketing to Lead Generation. It has the ability to create reports for all your activities within the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The slight lag when creating emails. You need to refresh several times but doesn't affect our productivity at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I genuinely recommend Marketo. It is very easy to understand and use. Basically, everything you need in doing Marketing Automation and email marketing is here in Marketo.
