What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Honestly, the customer service makes my blood pressure rise, I compare it to dealing with CRA is April. You can try to get good service but it is not likely going to happen. I have gone all the way to the CEO of ADP and still was not able to br treated respectfully, nor were my client's issue rectified. My advise - stay away from ADP. They had a terrible reputation amongst Bookkeepers and accountants as we know it should not run like this

Nothing, I have nothing good to say about this company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything but mostly their customer service. For years, with many clients, not just one

Run, run to Ceridian

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

ADP is a large suite of products designed for people teams. It has many features and integrations and is realiable and pretty intuitive to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's fairly easy to use and has a mobile app!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is definitely outdated and the mobile app is slow to load (the intro animation takes forever).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It gets the job done but nothing fancy.
