Having payroll on the same platform as our timekeeper.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was more reporting.

Speak to the sales reps and ask specific questions about your field to ensure you get the right product.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

At this point in my HR career I've used around 6 different HRIS products. They all have their pros and cons. What I've found with ADP Workforce Now is that it-has proven to be the most intuitive, immediately user-friendly out of the whole bunch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I absolutely love the reporting features. Never have I worked with a product where it has been so easy to create a report on-the-fly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this point, truly nothing that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply perform your due diligence to ensure it has the features YOU need -- otherwise, it's a "highly recommend" from me.

Self serve portal for updating tax forms, direct deposit, etc. as an employee

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a legacy product so it's pretty old school and the UI could use an update
