What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

As a company we use both accounting and HR management systems, as often happens we have to change services or platforms due to the high cost of licenses, by having our experience with ADP we were able to develop a product that would allow us to develop our employees' experience with payroll and benefits enrollment, as well as manage our payroll and tax returns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being an administrative management program it can be somewhat complex due to so many functions but has a great learning opportunity through videos, webcasts, PDFs, lectures and virtual conferences. The reporting capabilities are very extensive. There are many standard reports that provide the base report with the opportunity to customize fields, sorting among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be said that it is the perfect tool for a general office management and it is the same level that they should have for their service center, which can happen a day that I call on the phone with the help desk to solve an urgent problem with an inexperienced employee with which I can lose up to more 2 or 3 hours as I could also have a fortunate day and I answer the phone a very experienced employee who can solve my problem in less than 5 or 10 minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From experiences with ADP Workforce now the best way to take advantage of this software so that your company is already something big because of the cost that comes with this program, it is good for large companies for its choice of benefits, employees in multiple locations, multiple tax jurisdictions and payment types varied salary, hourly, commission, among others. For us it is very reliable and secure.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

In terms of functionality, this is hands down one of the best HRIS out there. It houses all the essential functions in one place and can perform all these functions seamlessly no matter how big or small the organization is

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Onboarding cuts the process in half the time, Performance reviews reduce so much paper, Integration between payroll, time and attendance and benefits, You can process employee payroll in just a few steps, You can manage time, attendance and payroll etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

The quality of customer service can be improved. The interface is old looking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

offers cloud-based document storage, which is wonderful for employee files.

ADP is a well-known solution used across all industries by top companies. The system offers a comprehensive set of solutions for all business types.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ADP offers smart and compliant payroll process. The system has an insightful web based interface. The mobile app is intuitive, and reporting tools are easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have encountered any major thing that I dislike while using ADP except that the system could often run slow (which was not a big issue for me).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I used it for payroll and I do not have any recommendations to make about this particular feature.
