What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

It is super easy to learn and to access at any time with pay, time and benenfits questions via the cloud. LOVE being able to access old pay records and download for tax purposes without assistance from the HR team

Access via the cloud and simple to learn Appreciate the email notices

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't think of anything

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ADP Workforce is easy to deploy and access - make sure your team signs up and accesses via the cloud portal. That will save everyone time (employees and HR) especially with working from home

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Love the features of the record keeping that this system provides. The onboarding feature has brought our new hire experience into the 21st Century. Recently they added a e-signature feature to documents which allows our new hires to sign required forms easily through their system, which is most helpful since opening our workforce up to more remote opportunities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time saving features of the onboarding and the system itself has been a huge improvement from what we had before. Due to organization delays we are still implementing all of the features such as performance reviews and benefits administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure this product meets your organization's specific wants and needs from an HR and Payroll system. This one was the best fit for our agency and we have been quite happy since the implementation.
