What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Wide range of services and customization ability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked how each employee had extensive profiles with secure information regarding employee status, information, pay rate, job description, etc, which was also accessible through the employee portal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The version of ADP Workforce that my company was using (may still be using, but I no longer work for them), was difficult when we needed to report to workman’s compensation insurance the different types of labor that employees were engaging in. There was not an easy way to update the work category definitions to make them integrate with the requirements of the insurance company, which created a huge amount of manual clerical work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think through your company’s needs ahead of time and work with the ADP customer service/ implementation team to make sure you will be able to complete each accounting cycle with ease.
