What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
We had a lengthy experience with another pay/HRIS platform, and the only thing we regret is the time it took to switch from the previous provider to ADP. From our initial inquiry, to a demo of the product and eventually the implementation process, we have been pleasantly surprised with the features available or as an add on and the ease of use. The customer service team is dedicated to troubleshooting any issues or develop clear steps to take to fix anything. ADP appears committed to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Workforce Now. The support we receive, along with the quality of the product make for a easy decision to remain
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Talent management has provided an opportunity for us to move from a paper tracking system to an electronic traking system and provides all in the onboarding process with clear information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The PTO approval process...it would be much more helpful, if an employee is requesting PTO, the supervisor could approve the request from the time record approval screen as opposed to having to approve the request and then have to approve the time record.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to view other products as well as ADP. That way, when they select ADP, they are confident that this is the best product out there.

User friendly mostly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Generates proper payroll reports.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Time and attendance has been glitchy. Everything costs in ADP. Reports could be easier to generate and run.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sit down with vender and go over every cost involved.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Integration of Benefits and Payroll and Timecards and EE mgt. A nice 360 solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The EE self-services aspect helps our HR team from fielding questions that EEs can get to themselves.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not thrilled with the benefits portion (401k specifically) it seems old and underdeveloped
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For benefits specifically look outside to provide better value to your EE base.
