What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
-It promises enterprise-grade security and auditory compliance. -Single point of data entry to reduce errors. -Payroll tab has various inbuilt widgets useful for the employees, such as the tax calculator. -High level analytics can be generated. Leaders can access the dashboards to generate granular employee reports which help us in making better decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Leaves & vacation tracking system is highly versatile.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-Application has same-page reporting system so that users don't have to leave the current page. Due to this feature, each click refreshes the module or the webpage to get the latest data. In real-time, this takes 2-3 seconds and feels like a lag in the software. -Customization after the initial setup is a nightmare. For several months, our employees were looking at widgets based on 'Dollars' because the software wasn't localized. -Only the Premium plan is suitable for larger organizations, which is expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, a decent product much suited for larger organizations.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
The platform's ease of use and the streamlined processes it facilitates are two of my favorite features. Every business out there should be making use of this fantastic resource.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's fantastic that we can finally see all of our benefits in one place thanks to the integration of the retirement dashboard with the current workforce. The employee voice is an interesting addition as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, account managers and other forms of customer support might provide more timely responses and assistance. Sometimes I am able to work through problems on my own, but it would be much more efficient to have someone available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Log in to the retirement site right now and bring it into the workplace. This will be useful because I won't have to sign up for yet another site just to keep tabs on the info I need.
