What differentiates Appian Low-Code Automation from other similar products?

Process automation and transformation. The customer have significantly reduced the cost and increased the process efficiency using Appian. Very quick to market and responsive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Appian has seamless integration with the third-party systems, and the exchange data in is very quick and seamless. It has a very rich UI that provides a great experience to the end user. Appian has a great process models with lots of powerful features, especially monitoring and friendly troubleshooting on any issues. It's a great enterprise tool for no code developments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I could say however there are opportunities to improve the platform in terms of performance, integration and security The platform is sometimes very slow and take a lot of time to render trivial changes. Requires a speed when interacting with applications and Appian has to work in this to provide that in the next version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good product which is continuously evolving and performing

What differentiates Appian Low-Code Automation from other similar products?

Appian releases its new feature quarterly in a Year. Appian also have started to provide free platform where you can start actual implementation by taking academic training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Appian always strive for the best. Ease of implantation of business requirements makes you fall in love with this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see improved marketing strategy for this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for some ease from traditional business works then this No code/Lo code platform is for you. By using Appian you can automate the business processes.

I do not know the rest of the market but it's been the workflow tool of choice on more than one project

FInally going to kubernetes

The client support, 90% un-helpful or not trying to understand the client's problem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If planning to run on prem, it can be worth but make sure to have competent people to run it
