It differentiates itself from other agency management platforms by offering a comprehensive, browser-based solution that provides a single view of the customer, facilitates data-driven decision-making and fosters strong insurer relationships.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to manage and maintain a clear picture of our entire agency across all roles, locations and lines of business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some people in our organization dislikes the reporting capabilities. Finding them complex to navigate and requiring the combination of multiple reports to get the desired information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a robust insurance agency management system well-suited for mid-market to enterprise agencies. Its ease of use and structured approach, making it relatively easy to train new users.

What differentiates Applied Epic from other similar products?

Applied Epic increases the plans of risks management, and different mitigations are done to improve the business consistency and appropriateness. More so, Applied Epic allows the business vision to remain relevant, and there is the trust in matters business affirmation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Applied Epic has practical finance management, where investments are well articulated and various communications made to increase the business agility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Applied Epic is the appropriate application whose consideration is efficient in controlling claims and ensuring that a business never get an instant loss.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Applied Epic is the program that ensure all the risks and the insurance demands are significantly attained. There is appropriate business structures for risks assessment.

What differentiates Applied Epic from other similar products?

Coming from a background of using TAM, Epic far out performs TAM in every way but it should.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitiveness is great! So much easier to use than TAM

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports can be tricky at times, which can lead to frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely go for it if you've been using TAM, it is so much easier to use!
