What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

Avoma is great to use, specifically for me I use it for call reviews and transcripts

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Avoma makes my work easier it has transcripts and allows me to add scorecards for calls and meetings. Avoma also has a technology where you can ask it what the call was about and it will give you a summary

What do you dislike most about this product?

When adding a call it does take time to show up.

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

The number of insights Avoma gives me is something that I haven't experienced with other software that try to do the same thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love organized note-taking, and that it summarizes the call. I don't have to dig through the call to try and remind myself of action items or main talking points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would be awesome to just have the notes integrate right into Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear on what your business intentions are with this product. It does so much more than validate that your reps are holding calls - it grades them, gives you feedback, etc. Make it an asset for the end users not just the leadership team. Avoma provides a lot of value, and allowing users to have autonomy to use the tool is going to be a lot more valuable than watching everything they do/say.
