What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?
The AI transcriptions are extremely accurate and very helpful. The UI is very easy to navigate and it is also reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reliability. I have used other products that were spotty in terms of them actually joining the calls. Avoma has always showed up and recorded properly
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I am looking for specific calls that I cannot find. due to permission restrictions. Probably just a lack of knowledge on my side.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are having customer facing calls and want to save time taking notes, this product is for you. Also, if you are looking to coach team members it is also great.
