What differentiates Balto from other similar products?
I haven't used any other software similar to Balto, however, I have used integrated scripting with other software such as Salesforce, and Landscape. Since Balto is AI-generated and provides instant feedback and realtime checkpoints without a hassle it stands out from all the other generic scripts and compliance information in the past.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ideally, Balto is a checklist/script. In my line of business, it is used to guide (like the dog Balto) and ensure we stay on track and compliant. I love the idea of how it listens to the customer and me and suggests key topics to say or to clarify certain things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Balto is amazing, sometimes it does not pick up what you say. However, there is in-app feedback sent directly to Balto's help team in which they continue to improve certain features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want your employees to remain compliant, on topic, and guidance for an excellent call then I highly recommend investing in Balto. You would be amazed at how call handling time is decreased, bring in more sales (if applicable), and most importantly compliant.

What differentiates Balto from other similar products?
The ease of access for searching through the transcripts for training purposes and quality improvement was phenomenal. While I've worked with other software, Balto allowed me to set clear prompts, as well as standards and expectations for the calls recorded. It allowed me to efficiently monitor these to screen for quality in a way that was VERY user friendly and easy for me to train other staff on. The individuals from Balto who helped us learn to navigate and properly utilize these features was patient, competent, and understanding of our scheduling.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I adored the playbooks which let us have agents work on separate campaigns while still having them uniquely equipped to benefit from the software as different calls would roll in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We did initially have difficulty setting up the playbooks, but we were able to receive help from Balto on this and it was resolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To have patience in learning to navigate the features, because they will make your life much easier once you develop that fluency in them.
