It’s intuitive to use. Knowledgebase is up to date and helpful for implementation/ administration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

End-user customization is a bit lacking. Need more options there.

What differentiates Barracuda Email Security Gateway from other similar products?

Integrates extremely well with 365 and does an excellent job protecting your email and your users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very intelligent and continues to learn to keep your inboxes secure. I don't have to worry much about it and very rarely have to manually approve/deny an email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That the product has to exist at all really. Which is no fault of the product itself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need solid email security that integrates very easily you can't go wrong.
