No training is needed, easy to use and easy to collaborate with clients. supports various third party apps which ,makes easy to collaborate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel that box has limited customisation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Assess your Organisation Security factors and scalability. see if box supports integration with existing tools and apps.
