Our teams have the ability to efficiently organize projects using unlimited libraries with custom metadata and taxonomies while maintaining context. With advanced search and filtering, we can quickly pinpoint the assets we need. We prioritize logical structure, active voice, short sentences, verb phrases, grammatical correctness, simple vocabulary, and accessible language while avoiding changes in content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box stands out from other collaboration tools due to its ability to handle extremely large files and datasets that are critical to software projects. Its confidence in handling large files and its focus on security make it a top choice for software projects. Its features include unlimited version history, external collaborator controls, 100 GB of individual file uploads, and block-level delta sync, which make working with even gigantic code repositories feel light and fast. Furthermore, Box provides robust permissions settings to ensure security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box currently offers excellent collaboration features. In addition, by adding developer-specific features such as repositories, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and IDE plugins, Box can further streamline software lifecycles in one place.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box provides secure cloud content management purpose-built for technical collaboration at scale, enabling us to integrate large codebases, documentation, specs, and other project files across global teams. This will make Box an even more valuable tool for teams that face challenges in securely and seamlessly connecting global contributors across different tools. With these enhancements, Our workflows have been significantly optimized, resulting in the ability to collaboratively develop higher quality software in half the time. Box has the potential to become a game changer in the industry.
