What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It has been really useful to manage work documents in a bold way, leaving aside the old school, now most of the documents are signed virtually, from wherever we are, which brings practicality and efficiency to our work. We share documents from a single place, it is much easier to have everything in the cloud, well organized together with the entire work team, without having to send so many emails, or upload files or forward messages on multiple occasions. Box has been one of the pioneers in the digital proposal and without a doubt my team has been able to adapt it quickly and implement it exactly to what we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box has an impeccable document management platform, where it allows you to automate all of your work files, from the largest to the smallest. It is no longer necessary to have hundreds of documents on our devices taking up space, but now we can have everything in the same cloud that we can share, making this management versatile and highly accessible. It has quality integrations that are a great complement to streamline various types of documents. It has amazing features, creating electronic signatures, editing, sending documents, with classification and order by categories according to the work we are working on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a great platform, it significantly enhances file management, however, we have encountered problems with the speed of uploading files, sometimes we need them to upload quickly and even with a fast broadband system, we do not achieve good results. It provides advanced functions, which makes this task much more complete, however, the price structure can be somewhat high, perhaps it may not be accessible for small businesses. Some formats are not included in the platform, I hope that in future updates they will consider expanding the reading of other types of files to be able to include other parts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep in mind what format options Box provides before you start using it, this way it is not a surprise, although really most of the documents are accepted and work normally.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Unlike Google Drive or Dropbox, Box offers granular permissions, so I can control who accesses what—even down to individual files within a folder.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can set up a workflow where the creative team uploads assets, and I’m automatically notified to review and approve them without email back-and-forth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When dealing with large volumes of files. Even with precise keywords, it sometimes takes longer than expected to locate specific documents, which is frustrating during high-pressure moments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box is fantastic for centralizing and securing files. Invest time in setting up folder structures and permissions to avoid chaos as your file library grows.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

For me , Box is the file storage platform best suited for sharing large sized files. Box doesn't limit the format of the file I can share and I am able to share files with recipients who have no Box account, A file recipient without a Box account is still able to view files shared with them, download the file and even comment on the file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User interface is intuitive and electronic signature capabilities is embedded into the Box app. This has made it convenient to request signatures from third party integrated apps. Connected to my Box account and even automate the entire signature collection workflow in daily departmental operations without limitations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box is most effective as a desktop native application. The mobile and web versions are drop downs in terms of capabilities and accessible features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box addresses versatile file storage needs and is one of the most secured , enterprise level file storage platforms available to businesses and teams.
