Box is the best alternative to sync and share files within and outside of the organization. It is more valuable than other rivals, all of its features are easy to use and the UI of Box is more clear and more attractive. Although I adore its security feature most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box offered us cloud storage where we can save any kind of data at any time. I also like their mobile application which gives us so many features so we can easily work while moving. Overall it puts positive impacts on our business like increasing the growth and security of our business. It makes my search complete. Now I don't need to look at other applications to do our work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dashboard's graphic design should be more straightforward and modifiable to the administrator's preferences. There are occasionally some synchronization problems in the background. Using it from their smartphones causes problems for several of our staff.

Box has made our work easier than ever. I adore too many aspects of it. It's a need of our organization. I had an amazing time with it. For sure I adore its security feature which allows us to store and share confidential files without any worries. Although I adore it, we can store data created with any app in the Box console which saves us a huge time and allows us to focus on more business tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since Box doesn't have a built-in document editor, we must integrate alternative editors with Box. Naturally, it's never quite the same as using a native in-built editor. Despite it, I didn't face any issues while using the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're also looking for a solution where you can put all of your PC backup, important data, and files in a single and secure place then Box is undoubtedly a perfect option don't waste this amazing opportunity. I believe every organization must try it to get benefits within affordable cost.

I and others in quality who need to share papers with outside providers without giving them access to our company's shared files utilize it the most. I enjoy having access to my info on any device or location. I am no longer required to access to my corporate network remotely or using a VPN. Our office finds it to be a useful tool for efficient correspondence when sending and receiving papers from our clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because Box doesn't recognize the duplicate stuff when someone uses it improperly, they will end up creating several spaces. Each tiny change will result in a new version even if it takes only a few minutes between them and you never close the file because Box additionally live saves each update.

In the course of my daily work activities at work, Box is mostly used for file storage, automated workflows, file protection, and collaboration. I'm sure that all of the aforementioned activities are suitable for Box. We find Box to be simple to use and accessible across a number of platforms.
