What differentiates Box from other similar products?

As our company grew, we could not continue depending on verbal exchanges between staff members and the distribution of paper documents. We decided to use Box, which significantly increased staff collaboration and produced significant time and paper savings. The user interface is highly friendly to new users. It’s easy to invite people with different permission levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having real-time file syncing between all connected devices and accounts is fantastic. In these days of remote working, it makes team cooperation incredibly effective. The thorough audit trail records also make it very easy to go back and manage unwanted access and activity. It features good word processing integration for online document editing and can handle enormous file sizes for most tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are many challenges associated with implementing the company's data management plan and prospective system integrations than with other products. We occasionally experienced synchronizing problems. A little challenging for novice users to manage. It can be challenging to set different access privileges for unique team members with access to shared folders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't already have it, Box is the first thing I'd suggest. When you're connected to wifi, it immediately syncs a folder on your local computer that you can treat as a folder similar to "Documents." Additionally, I enjoy using Box because it syncs all documents into one convenient spot on Box.

Box is the best data management tool that allows us to store, collaborate and manage our data in the cloud. Box offers multiple features that gave us a productive solution that enables us to collaborate easily with internal and external members

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box enables us to access all the stored files directly through our local computer’s file browser. We are in total control over who accesses our files and information and also have the ability to limit the number of times a file can be shared

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need a proprietary AI and analytics to provide machine learning-driven tagging for more powerful product and brand-specific search and asset usage analytics to optimize creative strategy with data-driven precision

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to security and privacy of a cloud storage solution, Box is the top products whose main focus is privacy. The solution is designed is a way so that documents and data are easily available and accessible from any device

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

A very simple and convenient storage option for small business workflow management that comes in very handy when working remotely and collaborating with others. Easy access is an attractive feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Box is very easy to use Collaborate, share files and manage content. Really good compared to other competitors in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing in boxing that I don't like. When someone creates a new document or notebook, you can easily tell where those notes will be saved, but that part isn't intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box solves the problem of storing all of your important files of different types, such as text files and video files, all in one place as you go about your work.
