What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have been long-time customers of its cloud storage platform, and we adore its fascinating android app because it gives us all the amazing features we require to get the most out of it on our mobile. It gave the members of our sales team a superior way of finding, storing, and exchanging information and documents, which ultimately saved them time and resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It simply satisfied our needs in terms of how quickly our assets can be reviewed, although at first, we ran into problems. Since it's a fantastic alternative for company-wide cloud storage, we continued to use it. Due to my appreciation of simpler tools, I really enjoyed it, contrary to some users who claimed it wasn't very useful for managing digital assets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The built-in search feature helps us find information quickly, and we can also use this app to save files we produced with other apps directly into our Box console, permit other users to make contributions to our shared folders, post comments for us in the files, and allow them to start collaborating to our shared folders. Box fosters our teamwork and frees up time for other tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although this program has the potential to be even more useful and efficient, I find Box to be effective rather than terrible like the prior system we used in our corporation. If I had to critique anything, though, it would be its poor customer assistance that never replied on time.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box comes with a stringent security infrastructure. I describe it as much advanced than any I have encountered on close Box substitute file storage applications. Asides the obvious end to end data protection that Box provides users by default, there is also the support for two factor authentication, which interestingly isn't present on top file storage programs like Google Drive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Web browsers are my most preferred way to access applications. It is therefore not a no-brainer that I like the Box web browser application. I think it is sleek and enables me to upload files by simple drag and drop. An added advantage for me , is that I am allowed to connect files accessed through the web browser version of Box , directly with support web or native applications that I am using like Office 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronization between my Box web application and Box mobile application does suddenly stop working in a few situations. Although , this is expected with cloud based services, I am displeased that I do not get notifications whenever this has happened and have always had to find out myself. There is certainly no joy in trying to access recently saved files on mobile application and realizing they are not synchronized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asides the synchronization glitch, which maybe happens a lot less on my previous cloud storage program, i think i will always recommend Box to any professional.
