What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Its robust set of content tools is optimized for digital asset-heavy use cases like marketing. Teams can seamlessly manage campaigns in one place with features such as customizable metadata, an image editor, annotations, watermarking, and real-time collaboration. Previewing over 125 file types eliminates surprises or inconsistencies when sharing materials externally.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Security is paramount when sharing sensitive files with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Box is the industry leader in encryption, access permissions, and external collaborator controls. It tracks actions and monitors content to prevent data leaks. We store all our campaign assets and client deliverables on the Box platform, giving us peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Box meets most requirements, deeper integration with tools like email marketing, CRMs, or workflows could be useful. Storage limits may also pose challenges for larger marketing assets, such as videos. Expanding automation for processes such as digital asset review and approval is a growing area for Box.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box provides robust content tools for modern marketing teams like ours, who are constantly creating and sharing content across channels and stakeholders. Its security, smooth collaboration features, and content management capabilities have made us far more productive with lower risk. Box has become the reliable, automated hub powering our content-driven campaigns. I highly recommend it for any organization.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Saving to the box is seamless & automated via the desktop or within the Microsoft Office suite. Dragging & drop to your box drive is very simple & fast. The security and access control measures are also very good in comparison to other cloud storage providers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ability to handle large media files, faster. The seamless saving & sharing experience from software to the cloud, then ability to share with clients a secure folder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally the strong permissions and logins can mean you are locked out due to authentications required,.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are sharing large proportions of media assets, then this is the solution for your video & images.
