What differentiates Box from other similar products?

What really stands out for working with BOX is the efficient system of version control; it’s like having transport through time for documents! The collaboration options are absolutely fantastic; an unlimited number of collaborators can edit the manuscript simultaneously. The security features are also impressive; you get specific permission settings, in which you define who can view some data and files. Also, the mobile experience is smooth and that means it’s easy to reconnect on the road, for instance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I must say that my idea of BOX is astonishing, given that it partners with almost everything we apply at Infosys. It does get along well with our email, our project management tools, and even indivisible custom applications. They say that the search functionality is excellent; no longer will you have to scroll through countless folders to look for a certain document. The preview works on another plus point, as it allows you to access a look at the files without actually downloading them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Of course, the offline sync could be improved, yes, to have issues while working with large files. At times, it is possible to get overloaded with dozens of comment notifications, while the mobile application may have a hard time working with large and/or pivot tables. When not governed properly, the structure within the folder can get messed up in no time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have faced a lot and BOX has been a savior for us as far as the scenario is concerned. Less than a week ago, we went through a very important project that had many deadlines and, at the same time, there were teams from three countries working on documents in the same project. BOX made a perfect track of all the versions, preventing any form of version control issues.

Box offers co-editing, real time commenting and version history.

It collaborates among teams and across departments with the integration of other business softwares like Microsoft Office

I like it so much, with its encryption system software and business collaboration features streamlining workflows operations

It is very useful for keeping your files in order, it has a lot of super useful add-ons that can improve its functionality, for example one that is not well known is the ability to save emails and attachments directly to Drive.

It has a ton of super useful add-ons that can enhance its functionality, such as Google Forms for creating forms.
