It works for what it is but can be very unreliable

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It was supposed to be more user friendly and something “familiar” for our users but it was pretty unreliable at times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It had a huge storage space and allowed for a lot of back ups

What do you dislike most about this product?

It did not sync or stuff would have to be re-synced a lot and the software was temperamental about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask if they fixed the syncing issues. Otherwise, it’s okay. Make sure to train your users carefully

Very convenient application for project files

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

This is my first time using a product like box. The last company I worked for has a partnership with them. So far my experience has been pretty good when storing customer files and folders especially if my desktop doesn't work properly I can go right to the browser and use it for its intended purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is really wonderful. It's very easy to use and identify everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No recommendations at this moment but I really do enjoy using this application

It is a reliable option to keep all your files accessible on all the devices you use.
