What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We had to function remotely due to the Covid pandemic, and I had previously used other services, but I routinely handled large amounts of data and found it hard to do so since the capacity quickly filled up. What do you dislike most about this product?

When I provide the download URL, I see that the placement on the other party's screen where the advertisement obscures the download button is not optimal. It is cumbersome to explain each step to the other party since they are unable to locate the download button. You can also examine the data in the hierarchy one by one if you double-click on the ZIP folder, but I don't understand the point because you can't download it all.

It is now possible to securely send large amounts of data to both internal and external company members. Furthermore, because the other party may upload the data, data sharing may be conducted only through the usage of BOX, resulting in greater business efficiency. If you need to securely transmit data in a business setting, we recommend BOX. The user interface will be straightforward to use for system administrators. Even when working with enormous volumes of data, such as PSD, files may be transmitted without trouble. Because it is straightforward to communicate instructions with non-team members, instructions may be sent quickly.

The best thing I like is the security and compliance that keep your data safe from threats. A user-friendly feature that makes it very convenient for the end user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime it lags when opening large excel file.

I like the fact that it is a real-time collaboration tool and the box notes feature is my favorite.
