What differentiates Box from other similar products?

This software provides ease of work with regular support wherein we can stay connected with people inside and outside the organisation. Secure interface, offers strict data privacy, intelligent threat detections asking with seamless collaborations right from customer to partners and vendors. Work flows faster and regular manual work gets automated and quick by putting AI to work effectively!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-signature, amazing security, collaborations and one strip solution for all services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are times when this software shows glitches and doesn't update the original file when some changes are made on cloud!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must subscribe software but one should first try its free version and then buy.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

The online file sharing feature is good and we have a better option to control sharing with clients

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there is an outage of Box, it is hard to get any work done because all of my files are within Box. This, thankfully, happens rarely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check your requirement and features of BOX if it is fulfill your requirement then you can go ahead

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box provision for collecting signatures electronically is one of the things, which differentiates it from similar products. I must also point out the enterprise grade-level security provisions that comes with Box , which is essential for safe storage of critical or sensitive work files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that Box allows me share files with non-Box users, without them even needing to have a Box account or access to a Box software. Another important aspect of my experience with Box so far, is the Box relay feature. This feature is critical to our positive experience with Box and we are utilizing it to create and automate workflow processes for streamlined content collaboration and accelerated completion of simple day to day, operational tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No unlimited file versioning option available for users. At the moment , we are limited to twenty-five versions per saved file. Likewise, I sometimes struggle to upload files through the Box app for Android device. This infact is a regular occurrence as I have seen similar complaints on the Box Android app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accessing critical work files from all locations , through different devices is a critical provision for the day to day operational success of businesses. Box is the tool , I will recommend to accomplish the above.
