What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box is an independent company and they are focused on delivering both reliability and security, I really think this is where they differentiate from the other offerings. The featureset is very rich, from two-way file sync with multiple devices (and platforms) to team collaboration features, Box can easily be used as the only platform for data management, storage and online collaboration for a company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Support and reliability. I never had a shotage since I moved to Box. The two times I had problems (once to recover access to an account and the other time to get the sync software working again on Windows) they were very helpful and proactive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am converned Box isn't growing fast/enough to maintain its business model. Considering giants like Google, Apple and Amazon are also in the market of online storage/collaboration, this makes me a bit worried about the future of the software I've grown to rely on daily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has a free tier so jump right in. You can see how well it all works out and plan your implementation when you move to a paid plan.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

This tool is cloud based and comes with all security features. It makes content collaboration a breeze.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used Box for a long time and it works really well when it comes to content collaboration, that is sharing files across the team. It is also very secure as it is cloud based and also very easy to user thanks to the friendly UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No complains about Box. It has been a perfect experience all through.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a content management and file sharing tool that won't disappoint, Box is what you need. It is also very secure which is paramount.
