What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box has become our main platform for the protection and storage of our files within our work area and other areas of our company. What most highlights the difference of Box compared to other cloud storage platforms is that Box is capable of offering better file sharing for work teams, something that very few platforms currently do, since many Mass storage platforms only allow direct file transfers either through links or emails, and not with shared folders. I'm happy with this shared folder functionality as it saves me a lot of time on each file share for my team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Box is that it has excellent compatibility and integration with the Slack service, this way I can enjoy perfect file storage while sharing these files with my network of Slack contacts. The fast synchronization and integration that Box has with Slack is fantastic, I can export and import all kinds of files in just a few minutes. In addition, I also like very much that Box has a very simple interface to use, where you can have a perfect file management without having confusion or delays in uploading or downloading files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Something that should be improved in the Box platform is the opening of documents that are already stored in the cloud. Box offers the ability for the stored documents to be opened in a web version, to be able to edit or complete them, however, this web version of the documents is quite slow, it takes a long time to open each document and also to load the information that there is in each of them. I would like a faster process for opening and editing each of the documents that I have stored in my cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reason why I would recommend Box to other companies or work areas is because this platform allows a much more advanced storage and sharing of files than other platforms, since it offers the user a file sharing through shared folders, where they can modify access permissions and you can set a general view to people with whom you want to share the information. In addition, Box is a fluid platform, it offers a very fast storage process for any file and its protection in the cloud is infallible.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box differs greatly from other cloud storage platforms because it offers consistent access for all users without the need for an up-to-date mobile app. Some cloud storage platforms force the user to always keep the App updated, otherwise it will not allow access to the cloud. Box offers complete access regardless of whether the App is updated to the latest version, in the same way it will allow the user to access all the stored files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box allows you to share all types of files with links protected by passwords and also allows you to add additional security to all files stored in the cloud, an encryption key security. I believe that file security is what is most abundant in Box, and what is most important to the platform. I love the security that Box offers me for each document, my business information is completely confidential and the sharing of each of these files must be protected from end to end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At present, there are no negative factors that I have noticed about Box, this platform is fully functional, has provided me with a high expectation of work and has kept my files safe. I believe it has a lot of potential and that its file sharing has brought me excellent connectivity with my work colleagues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this platform for any company or work area because it offers great connectivity in the cloud, it allows immediate accessibility from any device. Box is also capable of offering a very good storage space, without limits, and allows each specific file to have additional security. Without a doubt, it would be the best option to have safe storage at all times.
