What differentiates Box from other similar products?

It is much more secure than the competitors, in addition to having a more precise synchronization when it comes to managing files within the platform. I have also noticed that the management system is much tidier since it feels as if it were creating folders and classifying files within Windows but in this case in the Box cloud. One last feature that I loved more than the other competitors is the type of file that it supports and the information of each file such as its weight, last edition, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box could be considered as a very interesting alternative to other cloud management and storage products, however this is much more simplified and has a more secure encryption than other platforms. With Box, it has been possible to work much better collaboratively and in real time with other co-workers, as well as being able to share files with clients in read-only mode. This platform speeds up our work since most of the company's files can be kept in the same place and simultaneously maintaining security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can honestly say that it has plans that are a bit expensive in relation to other alternatives, however this price difference is significant with respect to what Box offers since it has more functions that can also be adapted to the type of company and requirement that required. Another problem (for those who want to use the free version) is that the maximum capacity of a file to upload is 250MB, this can be a problem if you want to try this platform for the first time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

At the moment I have never had file leaks within the time that I have used Box, it has always been safe to be able to manage and store the files within the cloud of this platform. The synchronization has been exceptional and in real time, so any file that is edited individually or collaboratively will be seen the same in all the places where it is synchronized automatically. Its functionality is simple and does not require any effort to learn how to use it, it is easy to drag the files that you want to upload and drop them within the web or desktop platform.

Box differs from other cloud storage platforms due to the high availability of space it offers to users. Currently, there are many platforms that allow storage in the cloud, however, the vast majority of these platforms offer limited space to users or offer really expensive plans, which provide a very good amount of space but have very high prices . Box is the complete opposite of those platforms, Box offers really accessible and comfortable plans for the user's purchase, which will allow any person or company to enjoy a large amount of space in the cloud, fast uploading and downloading of files and good file management at a very low price, this is what makes it unique and different from the others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a fairly complete platform, which adds immediate availability to any user regarding the files that this person has stored in the cloud. I consider that Box has very precise functionalities that allow users to have a good performance in the administration of files or documents. During my experience, I have noticed several positive factors which have allowed my correct adaptation to this platform, some of these positive factors have been: 1.- The platform always remains fluid at all times, adding speed when the user has to make use of it. 2.- The preview of files such as notepad or documents such as docx or excel, are perfect, they are previews which help in a matter of seconds to see what is in each file, without having to download it 3.- The plans offered by Box are quite precise with what the user needs, providing unlimited storage in the cloud without having to pay so much for it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only criticism I have regarding this platform is regarding its mobile access or the access that is obtained through the mobile phone application. Prior to buying one of the Box plans, I thought that I would have a good experience using the mobile phone application, because this would help me to be able to manage all my files without using a computer, however, I did not get this one. Benefit, since the application works very slowly, the upload and download speed is not the same as in its computer version, and also, the order of all the files is not at all similar to the computer version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box is a good option for those companies that want to implement some software that helps them storage in the cloud for the first time, because it offers plans with unlimited storage and this would mean that the company does not have to spend so much money to be able to sustain and protect all the essential information in your files. I believe that despite the fact that Box does not have a good mobile application, it offers very good benefits in its version for computers, which always provides immediate accessibility to users.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

This platform has accessible prices unlike other services that offer cloud storage, this giving way for any user, whether for personal, school or professional use, to use them without any problem. It does not require much effort to use it, the truth is that it took 1 day to learn how to manage my files in the Box cloud without requiring someone to teach me

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The good thing about this platform is that I count on being able to synchronize all the files that I want to back up within the cloud and be able to access these files through a friendly interface which has an easy and fast search, it is also very convenient to be able to upload the files within by Box. It is really very easy to be able to access these files that I synchronize and also share with my co-workers through a link without having to send them the file directly by mail. Box integrates with several platforms allowing you to log in to make backups directly with files from another platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It really is necessary to continue growing, Box despite having the ability to integrate with various platforms in most of them there are only options of "Google Drive and Dropbox" being a little out of this great platform. There is a bit of a delay with regard to synchronization, sometimes it is a bit annoying to want to edit a file in the desktop application, so from time to time it is preferably done via web.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly recommend Box thanks to the fact that I have been able to store a large number of company files without any loss, Box has given me the security of keeping everything safe. I have also learned that with this platform it is simpler to be able to work collaboratively with co-workers and also to be able to share projects with clients in reading mode.
