What differentiates bTrade TDXchange from other similar products?
Great product, works really well, rich set of integration features, highly configurable alerting and dashboarding, easy to learn, very well architected and does not require expensive infrastructure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Acerated file transfer capability for large data sets and its integration into full MFT offering.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at this time as new features are being added into the roadmap
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product, does what it needs, excellent and responsive support and would recommend without hesitation

Great product, budget friendly exactly what needed

What differentiates bTrade TDXchange from other similar products?
TDXchange provides a user-friendly web interface, making it easy for our non-technical clients and partners to securely log in and exchange files. It also supports ad-hoc file sharing with non-registered users, which has been a game-changer. For our more advanced needs, TDXchange offers seamless integrations with other cloud solutions and applications for programmatic data exchange.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One feature that’s been particularly useful is the Outlook plugin, AttachGuard. It automatically secures email attachments and transmits them through TDXchange, eliminating the need for manual logins while ensuring secure file exchanges directly from our inbox.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if TDCloud included an AI chatbot to assist us with performing certain operations and help with some specific questions. However, we’re aware that bTrade is already working on integrating this feature in future updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to securely exchange data, put TDXchange high on your list of considerations. It’s really a great product.
