What differentiates Buildium Property Management Software from other similar products?

This software in the area of rental property management gives us a wonderful function for checking credit. We are satisfied with your vacancy tracking we realized that it is a very useful option. We can track rentals so we realized that this is very useful to carry correct income calculations. We can manage our portfolio and our contacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like the most is how surprisingly detailed your reports can be. At least, your rental list is very explanatory regarding the real estate offers found there. In addition, it presents a convenient option of payments via the web that is quite attractive. The management of tasks that Buildium has is excellent to assign properties to different members of our sales team with the option to categorize and prioritize each property at our discretion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Your online payment portal sometimes falls. Regarding accounting, its tool for managing financials is limited. Your tracking of buckets and rents is not as detailed as it is with your payments and powerfull reporting. The portal for mobile residents is complicated to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Buildium as our property management software. All leases, tenant/landlord relations and financials are handled through Buildium. We process applications, create leases, relocate tenants, accept rent payments, make payments to landlords, and manage all maintenance requests and work orders in the system. We use integrations with Lead Simple, Tenant Turner and Happy.co to tie everything together.

I liked how tenant and owner portals look, they are very easy to operate

Lack of automation

Make sure your clients are hearing from you several times a month if not from Buildium, then from another marketing source.
