What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

Accuracy in transcription which helps to take decisive actionables for business by understanding customer's VOC & Pulse

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the Transcripts of all our Calls. Being able to double check all calls with a read through vs relistening to each call over and over. Copy and Pasting exactly what the customer says from the transcript over

What do you dislike most about this product?

I couldn't create a call forwarding number for a location. They ran out of numbers to use. Ended up sometimes not creating a call forwarding number for our client.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
