I have found Chatgpt to be straightforward to use, and I believe this is the case with a large percentage of other users. It has a chat interface which the average internet user is all too familiar with , from years of using regular messaging applications. The aforementioned ease of use and of course Chatgpt's very broad use case, is a unique differentiation point when compared with other generative AI ( artificial intelligence ) tools.

Chatgpt's spellcheck and grammatical capability is my favorite aspect of this product. As far as I am concerned, Chatgpt has always been accurate with identifying mistakes in spellings and grammatical lapses as well. This has saved I and my teammates critical time and even resources , as our human editors rarely have to spellcheck or identify grammatical errors in marketing contents generated at my department.

In the early days of my utilizing Chatgpt , it was prone to hallucinations. This has been fixed and at this moment, Chatgpt gets the job done for me , just with a little supervision.
