I dislike that ChatGPT sometimes struggles to retain context across longer conversations, which can lead to repetitive or inconsistent responses.

I’d recommend starting with clear, concise prompts to get the best results and experimenting with different use cases to explore its full potential. Also, be mindful of its limitations with context retention and consider combining it with other tools for specific tasks.

Unlike similar products that we have trialed or used, Chatgpt is multi-lingual and this has enabled my colleagues in other countries, where the primary language isn't english to use the tool to great effect, Also, Chatgpt's ability to be deployed for a wide range of use-cases sets it apart from similar products. Usually, alternatives to Chatgpt are able to do one thing well and are just focus on that., Chatgpt is the standout Generative AI tool that can perform a variety of tasks and do them well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chatgpt's user interface makes it easy to use, regardless of the technical competence of the intending user. The user interface mirrors a messenger chat interface ,requiring users to simply communicate with Chatgpt as they would communicate with friends, family or workmates on popular messenger services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite the broad capability of Chatgpt, from my experience, it still requires a human to review its generated content. Regardless, whether we are using it in the customer service department as a chatbot or in the marketing department to analyze data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chatgpt is not a permanent replacement for a human. It still needs human effort to refine the end-content it generates, regardless of the use-case.

It is the market leader and currently the only company offering such a seamless product experience. We use the Mac app for various purposes.
