What is CL360?

CL360 allows you to create KRIs and KPIs and relate these indicators to risks in the register, assets, loss events, and the organization structure (people, process, technology, etc.). The entire risk management process is built with configurable workflows allowing risk leaders to orchestrate all the activities and actions required to capture, mitigate, and assess risks and controls. Automation helps manage task assignments such as contributions and approvals, escalations, and identifying the impact of changes to a control.

It has great UX and reporting feature

reporting and dynamic workflows that enable different features depending upon the end user requirements

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need more options in reporting, Risk reporting has a major role in GRC. Need to ensure that we have enough data accommodated in a single report

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in GRC space and looking out for a tool that can serve the purpose of risk management.

Easy to implement and good customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports and the integration to show any gaps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We do not have IT support internally to build out the new features and reports. It's easy to use, but not that easy to build out new modules without support from CL360.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have CL360 build out the modules up front and do not wait to do it later.

This is a no code tool which will help us in creating our own modules and very easy to modify them as well.
